My Top 5 Music Obsessions of the Day :: 3/2/17 Listen here at Spotify Thursday morning. Sleepy, but smiling. I need strong coffee and music to keep me going. Counting the days for the weekend. A trip away, a show to see, the best of company. Right now though, on this Thursday morning, its strong coffee and music, and smiling. We'll start with a new discovery band (thanks, Paul Weller, for the in-interview mention) from Canterbury, then its some melodic/electronic/sonic star-wandering music from Portishead. From that I have Arcade Fire reminding me to "Wake Up", widening my eyes and gliding right into Razorlight's "Golden Touch". Last, but not least, The Easybeats sing about "Friday on My Mind" (though its really Saturday, on mine).
