I’ve been on the cusp of breaking all day. Post-therapy shaking with a strong desire to run, or to collapse. I sleep instead. Sleep that usually evades me comes easier when I am supposed to be awake. The sun hot on my skin, my dreams chaotic and beautiful and strange, the way they always are when I sleep in the off-hours. Awake now, cup of coffee strong and hot as if it was morning. I stretch out into yoga type poses and breathe in the music.
