Today marks the release of The Jayhawks’ new album, Back Roads and Abandoned Motels. I’ve been listening all morning and am enamored with it. My first listen favorite is “Need You Tonight” (followed closely by “Bitter End”, look for a full album review later).

“Need You Tonight” reminds me of the love I have in my life, and the nights we share with music, and each other. After hearing it play the first time through I immediately sent it to him.
