Top 5 Music Obsessions Lyriquediscorde Header

Friday is here! That light at the end of the tunnel is just around the bend, and soon it will be the Weekend. Today’s Top 5 Music Obsessions has an Indie Rock Band feel to it, which I’m digging today. I still have a giant To-Do list to conquer, but the time is ticking, and soon I will be heading out into a weekend of Music and Good Times. I hope you all have a great Weekend ahead of you with lots of Music.

Without further Friday ado, let’s take a look at the Top 5. Song 1 is a New Track from Buffalo Tom, a band I first discovered on the short-lived TV Series, My So-Called Life, where their Music, and one Song, in particular, played a significant role. Next up is Cage The Elephant, and one of my Favorite Songs of theirs, “Cigarette Dreams”. A Spotify New Discovery is up next, Bash & Pop, with their Song “Too Late”, which is the 1 of the 5 that I’ve hit repeat on the most today. The intriguing pairing of The Strokes and Regina Spektor is Song 4. How cool is this Song? I love Regina, and The Strokes are pretty keen, so hearing them together is a real Friday treat. Last, but not least, is one more Spotify Discover Weekly Discovery, “Don’t Falter” by Mint Royale and Lauren Laverne. I think you might dig this one as much as I do.
