Top 5 Music Obsessions of the Day, the first of the New Year, is a Mix of 5 Songs that have been swirling around in my head the last few days. These are the 5 Songs that ended the year with me, and are here now, starting the new one together.
The opening Track has been with me since last Wednesday when my boyfriend and I binge-watched a slew of official videos from The Jam. Next up is a Song lifted right off of my Top 30 Albums of 2017 list. Aretha jumps in taking us into the dance portion of my Music Obsessions, which works its way perfectly into a Tune from Larry Williams and Johnny “Guitar” Watson. Last, but certainly not least, is Iggy Pop and a Song I recently discovered off of his Album, The Idiot. We recently got ourselves a copy on 8-Track, and with every listen I kept wanting to hear “Tiny Girls” again, and again.
