      I was going for a certain theme, not just in lyrical content, but in feeling of the flow and groove when played in sequence, and played loudly.

      Annie Clark now reminds me of you, since I know of your St. Vincent crush. I feel that way about Jack White & Alison “VV” Mosshart – be still my heart (and libido).

  1. I feel you about VV, ‘hubba hubba’ Alison is muy caliente. BTW: there’s a song I was thinking that might fit your mix (if you don’t mind the suggestion) there’s a Roger Miller song called “Husband and Wives.” I love the Ringo Starr version because it reminds me of Summer, Zooey Deschanel, and her favorite Beatle crush from (500 Days) of Summer. Check it out! Also Is Your Love Strong Enough, the Bryan Ferry cover from How to Destroy Angels is one that I keep spinning today.
