Editor’s Note: This song, and the album, were a part of a time in my life when things were falling apart, yet, at that same time, new doors were opening, too. I clung to this song for dear life during these days in an attempt to remember that as things ended, other things were beginning. This is still a go-to song for me when I am feeling overwhelmed and disenchanted with the world, and my part in it; it is one of my reminder to not give up songs.
