My most favorite ever cinematic musical moment in a film from my number two favorite film of all-time.

When I am having a hard time I will play this video to lift my spirits up; it is my go-to comfort movie moment.

This moment, on the bus, singing-a-long speaks volumes on what music and connection means to me. I love this scene in a well beyond words kind of way.
